Through our online Creative Dining Culinary School curriculum, we continually train our culinary professionals without the unnecessary travel or high cost of other programs. We also offer extensive hands-on training through our bi-annual Chef Lab event. Lessons at the event include flavor mapping, the latest food trends, plating techniques, recipe development, teamwork, food costing, sustainability and more.
