Creative Dining has a strong support network for our clients. In addition to the onsite dining team, we have area managers that oversee your dining program. Our managers oversee 8-10 accounts. The industry average is 18-22 accounts. On average, our corporate leadership visits our accounts 31 times a year.

Flexible Purchasing

While traditional dining programs provide a strict list of food purchasing options from very specific vendors, we believe in maximizing purchasing flexibility. Between our use of primary vendors, specialty vendors and local purchasing options, we enable you to choose ingredients for menu options that your diners ask for by name.

Our onsite dining teams have autonomy and are empowered to make decisions on the spot. There’s no bureaucratic red tape to inhibit the ability of our teams to pivot quickly. Listening is the surest way to ensure customer satisfaction, and we’re a team of excellent listeners. Using effective tools such as focus groups, table touches and dish return evaluations, we actively seek input from your diners and find meaningful ways to evolve and elevate your program.
