Creative Dining Services Acquires Pedestal Foods

Zeeland, MI – Creative Dining Services, a leading hospitality management firm, announced today its recent acquisition of Pedestal Foods, a food service provider of high-end, private K12 schools. The acquisition is part of Creative Dining’s strategic growth plan to diversify its segments and extend its reach coast to coast. Services will begin on January 3, 2024.

With the expansion into the private K12 segment, Creative Dining brings its dining offering with employees and students from Fortune 500 companies and universities to the alpha generation.

“Our team is enthusiastic about keeping dining on par with the brand and reputations of these renowned schools and joining in their efforts to support the next generation of community leaders,” says Jim Eickhoff, CEO and President of Creative Dining Services.

With the acquisition of Pedestal Foods, Creative Dining adds national reach and infrastructure, greater leveraged purchasing power, accelerated growth, and market expansion across the country.

“We seek to become part of the fabric of these premier schools – that they value us as partners who are integrous, transparent, and responsive,” says Eickhoff. “We will be culturally integrated and in lockstep as we serve and support their students together.”
